UK DELIVERY

• Jewellery Items are letterbox friendly, other items are not.

• All products are delivered free within the UK (for a limited time only-subject to change), so the price you see is the price you pay.

• Any orders placed before 2pm will go out that day, orders placed after will go out the following day.
  
• We post everything Royal Mail First Class Post, and so it is not guaranteed next day delivery, but still possible, but please allow 1-2 working days. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the Monday.
• Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
• Our postage conditions do not take into account any disturbances in the Royal Mail Postal services, e.g. strikes.
• If paying by cheque, please make payable to 'ITS YOURS' and orders will be dispatched once the cheque has been received, please allow 3 working days for the cheque to clear.

European & International Delivery

• Please see postage costs specific to the individual items.
• These are posted via Airmail, so please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

BFPO Addresses

• The cost of this is the same as UK, so included in the price.

• We do deliver to BFPO addresses and these are sent First Class, no matter what size the item, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
